Please read these Conditions carefully before using the website. By using the Indigo Scientific website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Conditions (“the Conditions”). In addition, when you use any current or future Indigoscientific.co.uk service you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and Conditions applicable to that service.
· Credit card orders are accepted via the internet shop.
· All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
· All prices are displayed in GB pounds £ but payments will be accepted in GBP, Dollar and Euro.
· Orders are acknowledged by Email.
· Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days and within 7 working days of goods received. In the event of an unwanted order being received, all returned goods must be in the original packaging and not be tampered with or damaged in any way.
· Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days from order receipt. Delays will be notified by email but please be aware that delivery dates shown are the best estimate we can give however these times are not guaranteed. UK orders are shipped via TNT next day service.
· Overseas deliveries are via UPS standard service.
· Support for technical assistance and enquires is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

· Indigo Scientific restricts its use of personal information collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information held on customers: Name/Address/Telephone number/Email/Credit card/Debit Card data from your last order any personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with the data protection act.
· If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
· Indigo Scientific reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
· You may not download, copy or use the Indigo Scientific Logo or other graphic or trademarks belonging to Indigo Scientific from the Indigo Scientific Web site without prior written permission from the Managing Director of Indigo Scientific.
· You may not download, copy of use any portion of the web site, text, data, listings or images from the web site for any commercial purpose with out prior written permission of the managing director of Indigo Scientific.
· We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. The condition does not affect your statutory rights.
· If we have not enforced a breach of the Conditions we reserve the right to enforce any future breaches of the Conditions and if we delay in enforcing any breach of the Conditions this shall not prevent our subsequent enforcement against you of that breach of the Conditions.
· Indigo Scientific reserves the right to make changes to the website and to the Conditions at any time, without notice to you. You will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us unless the changes are required by law, and your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes to the Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
· You must not use the website in a way that may cause the website or access to it to be impaired or damaged in any way.
· When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be bourn by you. Indigo Scientific has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
· You must not use the website for: fraudulent purposes, unlawful activity or to send any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any spam.
· The web site is not for the use of children (under 18 years of age). Children may only use the web site and purchase from the web shop with the agreement of and under the supervision of a parent or other adult.
